no email addresses found- TAE

We have set up for FMS to email to a safety administrator when users of a system have a particular response.  Most of the time the condition thankfully does not exist.  When this occurs, the error "no email addresses found" pops up, and the database that runs hourly does not shutdown because the dialog box is open.   Is there a way to suppress this error?

  Hello, 

  Thank you for the inquiry. Are you running the process as an implementation of the programmatic version of TA Emailer or are users running the add-in? If it is programmatic, there are parameters to prevent displaying the errors.

  

  If you set it to False, it should not popup.

  Tips to fix-

  Fix 1: Check the Recipient's Email Address. To fix the “address not found on Gmail” issue, you had better check the recipient's email address. 
  Fix 2: Check if the Email Address Has Been Deleted. 
  Fix 3: Check the Email Service. 
  Fix 4: Check Gmail Server.
