General advice for re-entering Acc 97 developer

I am an old school Access developer, going back to 1.0. There was no bigger fan of FMS tools, I owned and loved them all. Wonderful stuff.

I retired early, between Acc 97 (Dev Version) and Acc 2010. I loved the time away but got bored. I've decided to to re-enter and restart my Access dev shop and consultancy.

I have a legacy ACCESS desktop application with integral Jet DB. It requires no other db interconnectivity and installs with Acess Runtime.

I want to convert that to make it a modern browser based
Access app that does not need Installation OR does so as an EXE. It should:

Run (and or Install) on the local desktop or mobile device.

Store a small Jet or SQL-variant data set on the local device preferably, but Cloud may be okay too.

Run in browser (Chrome, Windows, etc.)

Run on a laptop, smartphone, iPad or tablet

Migrate the existing (MDB) app's VBA, forms, reports, etc.without a lot of rewrite.

I have just begun to re-educate myself to the options I need, including the Microsoft products (which Access version), FMS products or full suite, etc.

You should also know that I have never written a contempary mobile "App", no have any familiarity with Sharepoint, if that's an issue. I did for a few years code in VB6 and wrote SQL Server code but am not familiar with the overall Visual Studio IDE or SQL Azure, if that is an issue.

I have always admired Mr. Chung and his excellent company so I am here to ask your opinions. I would appreciate any advice you might care to offer to help get me up to speed so that I can "get my shop together" and start working again.
