Total Access Memo Licensing
TAM is used in some reports (Access 2003). We're trying to modify the reports as the form letters using the control have the wrong address on them after a staff move. However, whenever we try to modify the design of the reports, it complains that FMS TAM is unlicensed. I assure you it is, but the application has been moved/re-installed so many times its unlikely the original machine on which it was installed still exists (CIRCA 2000). Please advise if there's a way to obtain and license the software so we can make the required changes to the form letters, or if there is a workaround through which we can modify the text boxes in the form letters while maintaining the control in the report design. (That seems to be the problem. Even though we aren't changing anything to do with TAM or the way in which we're using the controls, when we go to modify the design of the reports, because it uses those controls but complains of them being unlicensed, when you save after edits it saves without the controls. Thus the VBA code referencing them errors out and the reports/letters never render). This is a huge problem for us...
