Visual Code Tools 339 error

Everytime I try to go to Standards in Visual Code tools VBE window, I get this 339 error, 

Error: 339 (Component 'TDBGS32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid) in procedure: CApplication.LaunchTool (300) (2120)

I am not sure what to do?

  Hello Bill,

  Our suggestion in this situation is usually to uninstall and then re-install Total Visual CodeTools.  That will re-register the components that are failing to load.

  Tips to fix-

  Reinstall the program.
  Reregister the corrupted file.
  Replace the missing or corrupted file.
  Execute commands in Command Prompt.
