Scalability of Microsoft Access
I have read the articles on your site about the number of users and the maximum size of an Access database. According to those, I believe Access is capable of handling my application which has a back end Access data database of about 30 Mb so far. The front end is being used by about 20 people concurrently at the moment. I will soon add another module which will be a different front end linking to the same back end data. The second front end will add about 30-40 concurrent users for a total of about 50-60 all together.
My only concern is that the user are spread out over different geographic offices. They were trying to use VPN but have now decided to use Terminal Server.
Do you think Access and Jet will continue to handle this type of application run over this type of circumstance with the increase in number of users?

It all comes down to what the users are doing in the application and how much power the hosting server has to run all those instances of Access.
RemoteApps can be setup so that users can run multiple applications in the same terminal service login rather than a separate instance for each app.
