Why does the service stop running in Total Visual Agent?
I am using The Total Visual Agent 15.00.0024 and the service will stop running for what appears to be no reason. I have tried having the service use a administrator user account as well as a local system account and it still happens. It was running for several weeks and then all of a sudden I have this problem. I am not what to do differently. The only think that has changed is the location of the database that I am running events with. The paths that are in the managed databases are all correct.

Do you know if the server was rebooted (either intentionally or unexpectedly)? We're aware of some cases where the Total Visual Agent Service does not start automatically after the system is rebooted - even though the service may actually be set to start automatically (we're looking to having that fixed for the next version).
