Visual Agent 16 Macro not running

Hi Guys

Have recently bought a copy of VA 16.0

We have a job set up to run a macro in visual agent. If you test the event it opens the correct database fine, if you run the macro manually it calls the code and runs fine. I have checked the following..

VA is running a copy of the BE from C:\ProgramData\FMS\Total Visual Agent\16.0 from not the users local file.

The user has admin rights to the 16.0 folder

The event log says it started the job and finished it

The macro name is correct in VA

The service is running

When you watch the event run from VA Manager then nothing happens even though it thinks it should run the event at the correct time.

Other events run fine fine from VA

Is there anything else i need to check please?

Click the File tab, and then click Options at the very bottom of the left bar. On the left-side pane, select Trust Center, and then click Trust Center Setting . In the Trust Center dialog box, click Macro Settings on the left, select Enable all macros and click OK.
