Total Visual Agent 2016 has stopped incrementing archivesCompleted
Short of deleting the database and reinstalling TVA, is there a way to troubleshoot this.
It is successfully archiving, just to the same version number every time like this: Backup02.mdb
I do have it running as a service and it has been running flawlessly for many years.
If you edit the Archive event, there is an option to save multiple copies. I suspect that you're only set to save one. If you're already set up this way, please open a trouble ticket at Support@FMSInc.com and we can investigate.Comment actions
