Diagrams reports don't include all forms

When I ran the report, I noticed that not all of my forms were included, although when I generated the documentations, I saw it went through all of my forms objects one by one. I am not sure if other objects in report were also missing. So far, I only noticed that several of my forms were omitted in the report. Am I missing something? Thanks.
