Really Basic
AnsweredI just downloaded the mailer for access 2013, and I think im going to love this product. I am wanting to insert fields from my access database into the message body. I cannot find out how to do this. But i have a table that has a renters id#, first name, last name, rent due. All I'm trying to do is a sample email that would look like:
Dear John,
We noticed that you have not made your rent payment of $xxx.xx which is now past due. Please make payment ....etc.......
I don't want to insert an attachment. Thanks in advance.

Total Access Emailer lets you take fields in your data source and insert them into your message so you can personalize each recipient's message.
Simply reference them in your message with brackets: [FieldName], [PastDueAmount], etc.
Make sure to check the option [Use Field References] on the tab for this to work. It can be set on the Text Header, Text Body, Text Footer, and HTML tabs.
See the product guide page for examples: https://fmsinc.com/MicrosoftAccess/Email/guide/ or the user manual and help file.
