New Total Visual Agent error
I have a client who purchased Total Visual Agent in 2016, version 16.0.0.15. All has been going well except Monday they started getting "The operation system is not presently configured to run this application." error. We have to ruthlessly shut down the application from Task Manager as this error just keeps respawning.
They are using:
Windows Server 2016 Standard
MS Access for 365, version 2209, build 16.9.15629 32bit.
Please advise as to how we can resolve this. Would upgrading to current version help?

Verify the Service Runs
From the Services, General Tab, press the [Start] button (or start it from the Total Visual Agent Service Launcher)If it runs, it proves the Total Visual Agent Service works and it's a startup problem on reboot.
If it fails, the problem is not just with the reboot. Follow the steps above to make sure the Monitor runs, then revisit trying to run it as a Service.Regards,
