Total Access Admin lets you monitor all your Microsoft Access/Jet Engine databases, with support for Microsoft Access 2013, 2010, 2007, 2003, 2002, 2000, and 97.
The latest version (2013) includes support for Access 2007-2013 ACCDB database formats. You'll need to have Access 2007 or the 32 bit version Access 2010 or 2013 installed to support this database format.
