Background
Total Access Admin is an administrator tool to help you monitor the users going in and out of your Microsoft Access databases (ACCDB and MDB formats).
Question
Can I use Total Access Admin to monitor multiple databases at the same time?
Answer
Yes. Total Access Admin can monitor multiple databases with the same security settings (workgroup security and/or database password) simultaneously in one screen. Up to 150 databases can be monitored at one time.
Databases with identical passwords can be opened in a single instance of Total Access Admin, along with databases with no passwords.
Databases with Different Security Settings
If you want to monitor databases with different security settings, simply open up a new instance of Total Access Admin. You can have an multiple instances of Total Access Admin open on the same machine to monitor all your databases. They log the user activity into the same database.
