What are the Best Practices for Deploying a Microsoft Access 2013 Runtime Application?

We do not have a Best Practices resource for deploying Microsoft Access databases. In Access 2010 and earlier, people have used the Package and Deploy Wizard that comes with the runtime version. However, the Access 2013 runtime does not include the Package and Deploy Wizard. Because some features are deprecated in MS Access 2013, distributing Access desktop application with Access 2010 may be preferable since it can also run databases created in Access 2013.
