Not all emails are being sent

When sending an email blast to all internal emails I noticed that not all emails are being sent even though the email tool has a time stamp saying it was sent.  Has anyone experienced this and is there a solution?

  Tips  to fix email sending issues
  Check your internet connection. 
  Check your SMTP server details. 
  Verify all usernames and passwords. 
  Check your SMTP server connection. 
  Change your SMTP port. 
  Control your antivirus or firewall settings.
