Total Visual CodeTools 2010 crash in latest Access 16

In the last couple of weeks, when I start the VBA editor for the first time after installation, I get an error:

"Total Visual Code Tools 2010" has caused an access violation.

I have the latest version of Microsoft 365, Access version 16.0.19231.20044 and VBA: 7.01

I have tried clean install, admin install, moving the installation to different places, asking FMS for help, all without any luck.  The Event Viewer shows no error either.

  I have the same issue,  I have tried re-installing code tools but issue continues.
