Background
Total Access Memo lets you add rich text format (RTF) memos to Microsoft Access with sophisticated editing and spell checking.
Problem
When using Total Access Memo 97 on Windows 2000 or Windows XP machine, I get error 11, "Division by Zero."
Solution
Since Total Access Memo 97 was created prior to the release of Windows 2000 or Windows XP, it will not work on these platforms. Total Access Memo 2000 and Total Access Memo 2002, however, will work on both Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
