I am an Office 365 user. Why am I receiving an error that says that I have to upgrade my Total Access Analyzer?
The message indicates you are running Total Access Analyzer 2016 on Microsoft Access 2019 or Office 365 that upgraded Access to the 2019 version. Total Access Analyzer is version specific and the 2016 version and was introduced three years ago. It does not support the new features introduced in Access/Office 2019. Fortunately, a new version of Total Access Analyzer is updated and tested to work with Access/Office 2019.

- Existing customers on an active Support Contract, can receive a free upgrade to the new version. Let us know you’re using Access 2019 version and we’ll make it available to you.
- If you purchased Total Access Analyzer 2016 within the past six months, you can upgrade to 2019 for a $50 transfer fee.
- Customers without a support contract can upgrade Total Access Analyzer to the 2019 version at a 30% discount.
