Problem

Total Visual Agent: Error 1155 Erro Installing Microsoft(R) .NET Framework. 

Solution

"Error 1155: Error installing Microsoft(R) .NET framewrok. File 1033dotnetfxSP1.exe not found" has occurred while the Installshield installation wizard for Total Visual Agent attempted to update or install a copy of the Microsoft .NET Framework onto your system. The Microsoft .NET Framework is a required component dependency of FMS Total Visual Agent. While this issue is not the result of an issue with Total Visual Agent product itself, there appears to be an anomaly with your system environment that is causing this message to occur at the point of product installation.

Please perform the following steps in attempt to resolve this issue:

1. Using your Program and Features Utility, please uninstall your current installation of the Microsoft Windows .NET Framework (version 1.1) from your system.
2. Reboot your computer.
3. Download and install the latest version of the Microsoft .NET Framework version 1.1 using the following URL:
• http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=A8F5654F-088E-40B2-BBDB-A83353618B38 
4. Reboot your computer.
5. Install Total Visual Agent 2003.

Additionally, please ensure that you are running Total Visual Agent 2003 within a 32-bit edition of Windows. If you are running a 64-bit edition of Microsoft Windows, we have Total Visual Agent 2016 available. Upgrade pricing is available for those users which have purchased the 2003 version of the product.
